Airhart Construction recently unveiled two new fully furnished models at
Fisher Farm, its low-maintenance community of 71 semi-custom single-family homes in Winfield. Fisher Farm is in the Wheaton School District #200.
“We wanted to showcase the flexibility we provide to those who value a more versatile first floor or who prefer single-level living,” said Court Airhart,. “Our high attention to detail, thoughtful appointments and value-added extra touches are evident in both models.”
The Pembrooke, has three bedrooms—including a first-floor master—three baths, a loft, gourmet island kitchen with granite countertops, and an adjacent breakfast area, great room, formal dining room, handsome oak floors, paneled wainscoting, and panel molding in the dining room. Other highlights include a brick front exterior and covered entry.
The Farmington ranch model, houses three bedrooms, two baths—among them a luxury master bath—and approximately 2,000 square feet. Amenities of note include tray ceilings in the great room and master bedroom, a bay window in the dining room and master bedroom, a deluxe kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and an oversized laundry room. The Farmington also features a stone front exterior.
“We adopted a craftsman style architectural approach in The Farmington by incorporating square-edged, white woodwork throughout—lending a distinctive, handcrafted charm to the trim accents. It really makes each living space come alive,” said Christy Whelan, Director of Sales for Airhart.
Each model has a full basement, 2 x 6 Walls, low-maintenance CertainTeed Weatherboard fiber cement siding, 30-year architectural-grade shingles, NU-WOOL cellulose insulation, wood windows with low-e glass, brick patio and driveway and deluxe landscaping. Both models are awash in warm colors and decked with traditional décor and furnishings to sport a classic but contemporary theme.
“Fisher Farm is located on Klein Creek Golf Course and is built for people on the go. A monthly maintenance fee covers lawn care and snow removal and common area maintenance. Residents can enjoy the good life without lugging out the lawn mower or snow shovel,” Whelan noted.
These stunning models can also be built on your lot, or in many of Airhart Construction’s communities including Radcliff Ridge in Lisle (Naperville Schools), Stoddard Avenue in Wheaton, Prairie Avenue in unincorporated Wheaton, and Prince Crossing Farm in West Chicago.
In addition, Airhart Construction recently opened a brand new Blanchard rowhome model at Courthouse Square—site of the historic DuPage County Courthouse campus in downtown Wheaton.
“Everything you could want is within a quick walk or short drive of this community,” said Heather Mistele, Sales Manager. “You couldn’t ask for a more preferred downtown Wheaton location for these abundantly equipped rowhomes. Courthouse Square places you right in the center of the action. You can visit local coffee houses and the nearby Wheaton Public Library, take advantage of convenient commuter rail service, and frequent several acclaimed neighborhood restaurants.”
If you’re looking for an ideal setting in the middle of DuPage County—“Fisher Farm, which is set on a golf course or Courthouse Square in downtown Wheaton are it,” said Bill Whelan, Director of Marketing.
