About The Stafford Place Community.
Stafford Place is a neighborhood in the middle of it all, yet feels like it is in a quiet corner. Located in the center of Warrenville, Stafford Place is next to the Warrenville Public Library and just a one block walk to the Warrenville Park District recreation center. In addition, for the outdoor enthusiasts, the Illinois Prairie Path is just across the street. The Prairie Path provides amazing access to the surrounding parks and forest preserves like Warrenville Grove, Blackwell, and Herrick Lake, as well as the West Branch of the DuPage River. For those requiring easy access to commuting, Butterfield Road, Route 59, and Winfield Road corridors are nearby. In addition, two access points to I-88/Reagan Memorial Tollway are just minutes away. Shopping needs are just as easily accessed. For more information or a personal tour, please contact Christy Whelan or Bill Whelan at (630) 293-3000.
Stafford Place consists of three unique neighborhoods, The Cottages, The Garden Homes, and The Ray Street Homes. Tying this wonderful neighborhood together are the open spaces and the pocket park within Stafford Place which encourage neighbor interaction and help create real community.
The Cottage Homes with their welcoming front porches are located along Stafford Place and Rockwell Streets. These homes have 2-3 bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms, and 2 car garages. Exciting optional features like a roof terrace, rear balcony, and custom interior finishes allow you to personalize a home to meet your needs. These homes are part of a Homeowners Association which takes care of the yard maintenance and snow removal chores for you, so you can focus on the things you would rather be doing. The Garden Homes
The Garden Homes are in the middle of the neighborhood and all have first-floor master bedrooms. Seven unique 2-5 bedroom, 2-3 bathroom homes make up this series. The gracious porches, open concept living, and custom finishes are the heart of these designs. Each home has a private backyard that can be enjoyed from a deck which comes standard with each home. The Garden Homes are also part of the Homeowners Association which includes yard maintenance, snow removal, and care of the public areas. The Ray Street Homes
The Ray Street Home lots allow for many potential home designs. We look forward to working with you to customize one of our homes to meet your needs. The lots are approximately 50’ wide and 145’ deep. These homes are not part of the Homeowners Association.Stafford Place is located in the heart of Warrenville.
