Saint Charles - City View

The Harrison Custom By Airhart Construction

City View is a small custom home community, featuring only four residences, located on a hill overlooking the Fox River and downtown St. Charles. Tucked into an existing neighborhood along the banks of the Fox River, City View is situated across from Mt. St. Mary Park. This location provides quick access to the scenic Fox River, the amazing Fox River biking and walking trail, as well as downtown St. Charles.

Mt. St. Mary and Pottawatomie Parks, as well as the Fox River, are just a few of the many outdoor attractions residents have to enjoy.  The St. Charles Park District maintains 56 parks, which include such activities as dog parks, biking and walking paths, golfing, swimming, boat access to the Fox River, as well as outdoor concerts.

Positioned just to the south of downtown St. Charles, a short evening walk, provides convenient access to an eclectic array of locally owned and operated shops and restaurants. In fact, downtown St. Charles is renowned throughout the Midwest for its many quality antique dealers, combining the charm of yesteryear with modern-day merchants.  All the goods and services todays on the go lifestyle need are readily available.

St. Charles serves up a tempting menu of more than 60 restaurants, with many of them situated along the banks of the Fox River. The town's restaurants offer everything from fine gourmet dining and American and international cuisine to local breweries. Whether meeting business associates, a last minute get together with friends, or an intimate late-night dinner for two, you're sure to find just what you're looking for right in St. Charles.

All four lots in City View feature 9’ walk out basements, creating amazing additional usable space to be designed to meet your needs. Airhart Construction has a wide-range of home designs and finishes to choose from for your new home at City View.
