Wesley Place is located two blocks from the Metra West St. Station (at Front St.) and the Illinois Prairie Path is located on the south side of the tracks as is the French Market. Summer concerts are offered weekly in the Memorial Park band shell one block from Wesley Place, convenient to the city’s tennis courts. Numerous restaurants and convenience shopping are also within walking distance such as Gino’s East, Adele’s, Ivy, Suzette’s Creperie, Egg Harbor, Starbucks and many others.
