The site location and design of the home is evaluated by the Airhart team. This evaluation includes any special lot/site concerns, a review of all utility issues, and a strict adherence to all city and community regulations. With a full line item list, the homeowner knows expected costs before construction begins.

Home buyers can opt to select from a variety of home sites Airhart has in their inventory. The lots in established neighborhoods in many of Chicago’s suburbs including Glen Ellyn, Lombard, Oak Brook, West Chicago, Wheaton, and Winfield. Each location is conveniently located near excellent schools, parks, shopping, and dining, plus each are commuter friendly locations for those homeowners needing easy access to Chicago for work or play.
Homebuyers may also opt to build on their own lot. If they don't own a lot yet, Airhart can help select and secure a suitable lot in a neighborhood of their choice. For the home design, buyers may choose and customize from a variety of home plans offered by Airhart, or work with our team to build a home from concept.
